  2. global village please support , if agree thanks, Mike
  3. first one approx 3,7 (in 3,5 I has about 0,5% light strikes) second 4pound (because new ratchet running) both 625-8 in IPSC - shooting slowly so rebound spring is fast enough
  4. Try numbered chambers by red fat alcohol pencil, you will find if cylinder rotate only part of 60° or if it skip aretation of cylinder stop
  5. I use pivot into the cylinder chamber with 3/8" OD ball bearings as support for correct angle of file
  6. oversize or factory cylinder stop ? what lube you use at cylinder stop ?
  7. removed hand have straight pins ?
  8. if your DA pull are consistent (6 time same - with cylinder yoke closed) check if you have some burrs at red marked area burrs jamming closed setup and thus increase the friction
  9. if you find the pencil with spring made from 0,3mm wire with outside dia. under 4mm you can try if you cannot find it, send me your adress by PM
  10. I use http://www.zendl.cz/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=69:hledisaw686&catid=3:acessoires&Itemid=6 0,12" notch retail approx. $50, possibility of customer size of the notch (for surcharge)
  11. the hammer will fall down when is betven trigger and frame 0,08 to 0,085" space btw the weld-on material is up 50HRc hard by micro TIG techology (for repairs at the molding forms) final shape by diamond tips with Dremel
  12. Patrick you can compare trigger pull when you adjust same hammer pull with different bent MS I mean that change is almost at the theoretical level, just by changing the load vector at the end of spring bent spring will be working closer to the middle part, where have higher energy by stronger profile negative will be higher nonlinearity of trigger pull that will be all time ballancing betveen comfort and relliability 60-70% of DA trigger pull is trigger rebound spring (individual, it depend how fast trigger rebound shooter need) most important things for reliability and effectivity is 1/ reducing friction of hammer 2/ hammer bobing 3/ well primer seating 4/ reducing firing pin spring 5/ perfect flat clips 6/ extending track of the hammer by weld-on DA trigger tooth I´m sure I forgot something
  13. http://www.midwayusa.com/find?newcategorydimensionid=1175& I use RCBS
  14. "just a hair longer " strain screw you can made by trimming head from thread side btw straight shape of MS1 type(flat profile) cause jamming of strirrup because the MS1 is too long for low tension adjust
  15. ,493"to ,494" are factory SaW pins I bought from Midway and using with slight modifications FP spring from ,012" wire 6taps .18" long trigger reb. spring made from J frame Wolf mainspring (.925"long ,193"OD ,15"ID) DA pull approx 3,6 pound
  16. what is the lenght of apex pins ? just for information, I prefer factory titanium pins
  17. 5 cans of http://www.mutti-parma.com/uploads/product/_0003s_0002_pomodori_collina_400g.jpg for very smooth trigger pull :-)
  18. gallon of juice, drink a 1pt, 7.2 pounds weight remains (sugarfree of course)
  19. open cylinder, pull back cylinder latch and try your trigger again (problem may not be related to the rotation of the cylinder)
  20. upper is 4 taps grinding - adapted for PC short cylinder bottom is standard barrel for 45ACP models (JM include)
  21. yes, will accept, but factory new barrel is light owersized at the cylinder side
