  1. Kev, I've had the exact same pattern on the target I draw to first. I've been trying to slow down just a hair to get a better sight pic on the 1st target and have my transitions match my splits which has seemed to help me while improving my overall times.
  2. Definitely agree hands or left hand is not at side, the rest looks okay.

    N320

    Love N320 for 9 and 40!
  4. I'm guessing the short answer is practice. I highly recommend using a grip strengthening tool like Captains of Crush to help with your grip pressure and pinched nerves in your arms.
  5. Accuracy will degrade with distance. Not only because of the guns capabilities, but mostly because of the person capabilities. Every little mistake (trigger control comes to mind) is magnified at distance. As Steve said check the gun from a rest, a fixed mounted Ransom rest or the like is best for testing. I don't however believe that 1" at 50 yards is necessary for our IPSC game.
  6. I lift during my lunch hour 3x per week and treadmill in the evening 3x per week on odd evening from lifting. This works out great when I'm in town, not traveling.
  7. Congrats! While I'm planning on 'A' I hope it comes after Nationals
  8. The McCann marker paint they had at Area 5 was a great time saver.
  9. Interesting, Pat's set-up could help to reduce that first pull sticking I am experiencing by having the U-die in Station #1 on my 650. I'll have to give it a go!
  10. Mike,

My cell is 513-600-4958. You are welcome to ride to the match with us in the morning, time TBD.

  11. 2 - 2.25 lbs on my competition guns and 5 lbs for my carry guns.
  12. While I'm very good at compartmentalizing things, I still have to say yes. I can't imagine a father & husband with the pressures of work not having these things pulling on him or her.

You were preparing to make rice pudding!
  14. Besides the "Survivor" feel to the show I was happy to see some type of shooting on the tube. My bet for our winner is Blake as he is from Louisiana. Down there they shoot everything and fry it if they can catch it or kill it. Go Blake!
  15. +1 on Atlanta Arms long OAL ammo for your SV until you get into reloading.
  16. Your feeding issues are more likely due to the OAL of the ammo then the followers. What type of gun are you trying to feed? My SV's like 1.2 OAL and the factory red follows with factory springs work just fine. If you want the slide to lock back, trim the indented piece at the front left of the follower to a 45 degree angle. Hope this helps!
  17. If showed up at a match an hour away and forgot my gun!
