I've been using Masterblasters and now Precisions in all my 1911s and haven't had any problems. I'd shoot jacketed but I'm poor like Merlin.

I use the plastic wedges and the pouches do not move at all.

I use a 50/50 mix of corn cob and walnut that I get from Walmart. Throw a bit of Nu Finish in and brass comes out nice and shiny.

August, Our blasters are almost identical mechanically and I run a 14# spring and haven't had any problems like you described.

I've tried the Adidas Corner Blitz and Nike Land Sharks. I stuck with the Nike since they fit me better.

Very nice, now go out and shoot it.

I have one and it's a fine gun with a decent trigger and changable backstraps, all at a resonable price. I don't shoot it that much anymore since I've moved away from DA/SA guns. I think it would be good for carry but as you said, the lack of accessories is a definite drawback. Accessory availablity has gotten better, but they will never be as easy to find as stuff for a Glock, M&P, Sig, etc...

I have that Midway bag and it's a great bag at a great price.

I have both of these as well. The Radians crapped out on me a few months after I got them and I would get crackling noises that would alternate from side to side and then disappear. Fresh batteries didn't help so I bought the Howard Leights. The volume is not as loud as the Radians but they have been solid so far.

I'm sure he was tired, but I think a big part of him looking gassed was being emotionally overwhelmed after winning the belt. He may have looked gassed after the fight, but he didn't look it during. He was ready for Joe Daddy, he'll be ready for Sherk.

BJ is back! I like Joe Daddy, but he's just not on the level of BJ and it ended just like I expected it would. "Sean Sherk, you're dead." Expect a lot more trash talking in the months to come. I love it!

I had the same problem, adding a detent to the slide stop fixed it.

I like the Nike version of Cold Gear. Works well and a few bucks cheaper than UA at Dicks.

You da man! Thanks! I've played with the timers on Burkett's site, but the RUReady one is a bit more versatile. The wife and kids prefer it over the blaring BEEP! of the Pact, too. No problem.
