  1. Mark, question for you. I dropped the ball on the addtional Pinwheel shotgun loaders you donated to the RO's. You know the ones that were in addition to the first sponsor contribution you made, and in addition to the second one you made to support the media class and then put them on the prize table. So yeah, the third sponsor contribution you made. I found them in my box after I finished with all the FFL stuff. Would it be OK if I passed them along to a local three gun match in about two weeks? We have a match to benefit the family of a local reserve officer who was shot and killed last year.
  2. Best way to view results is to download the M3GI app on either iPhone or Android. That will give access to more than just the results. If you just want numbers, here you go. https://www.practiscore.com/results.php?uuid=F9AF2862-457B-4C49-AABA-0E07B58C7506
  3. Verified the two long range rifles. Three shooters and all were within an inch at 200. The plates are, well, big.
  4. The long range guns will be verified by a couple ROs to ensure they will be on. The targets on the long range will be illuminated. You can use a flashlight of you want but it's not needed. The flying clays. They are easier to see, more consistent and easier to call hits on than any I've seen in a day match. Trust me. No worries. I tried them out last night with my Benelli. No light on the gun and didn't have any trouble dusting them. There is room to park. And spectators are allowed. We ask that spectators arrive after 7 PM. We have dinner at 6 and not enough food to feed everyone who comes to watch spectators will need to be checked in at the west gate and will need to wear a wrist band. As far as the fifth wheel. There is a tight turn with a cattle guard to get in thorough the west gate. Ken Nelson made it with a f350 hauking a 30 foot trailer but he's awesome. You can also come in through the east gate which is easier for big rigs. But you'll still have to check in with staff at the west gate.
  5. No side matches this year. Thought we had a sponsor all lined up for it and they changed their mind at the last minute. But we'll have lots to do in the evenings.
  6. No worries, I've already got enough in the truck for three guys to shoot. I'll just throw a couple more boxes in.
  7. Nope to slings and slugs. Jesse. There is a new app. It's in the Android store now. Apple denied it so we are making a few changes. Should be ready in time.
  8. They're rifle targets. Already fixed, just hasn't been updated on the website.
  9. Stage 1 is optional. You can shoot your own rifle, or we will have a Colt CRP-18 with Leupold Mark 6 1-6 available if you prefer to shoot that. It will be sighted in at 200 yards. Stage 4, 6 and 10 are all stage guns. None of your own.
  10. It's at least a 100 yard range. Might even be longer than that, can't remember. There are target stands at different yardages and steel targets on the hill out to 450. It is located between stages 2 and 3. COSSA is giving us free access to the range and it will not be considered part of the match so there won't be an RO stationed there. Just be safe. COSSA/BLM range rules still prohibit smoking outside your vehicle and that will get you kicked off the range, which means no match.
  11. Blade-Tech should have holsters available now for the Railmaster Pro. The other option is the Safariland 6378. It fits a RM Pro but it's a bit tight. If you heat it a bit with a heat gun or oven and slide the gun in it fits perfect. There will be locations to stage the handgun. We try to make them in good spots so there isn't a disadvantage but it does take away some options.
  12. First year I shot my Open SJC Glock with a flashlight on the rail. It worked well. Last year I just shot a 34 with Lasergrips and a white light. My experience at distance is different than Jesse's. I found the laser very easy and fast on the 50yd pistol targets last year. And don't worry Mark. No 18 pack rack. But the FLIR plates are making a return.
  13. PVH isn't eligible since he was an RO, not an RM or RMI. Nice try at a troll though. The RMI corps has been aware since John announced and we already had three letters of interest before the announcement went out. The short notice is because Phil has already told the BOD who they will vote for and that they are idiots if they don't agree with him. At least that's what I heard. I had already hung up after having my fill of being insulted by Phil.
  14. One weapon of each type per stage. For example you can't stage a half dozen shotguns around the stage. But I don't care if you switch to a different rifle/shotgun/pistol on each stage. Heck it's dark, who's gonna know? The main reason we allow it is if a light/laser/red dot or whatever quits working, or you decide you want to try something different go for it. This match is as much about learning as it is about competing. At least for me.
  15. They will be illuminated and should be visible with any kind of quality glass. I would use an illuminated reticle scope personally, but I don't think they are necessary.
  16. 0-50 with your rifle for sure. There's a stage with shots out between 100-250. There will be a stage rifle available of you choose, or you can shoot yours. No slugs Light laser on pistol and rifle definitely. Shotgun, I prefer just a light. Others like the laser. I think it slows you down too much trying to get the laser on the small plates. It's a shotgun. Just needs to be close.
  17. Had almost sixty more entries than last year. 207 or something like that. Still lower than I would like to see but a definite improvement. Most of the increase (all?) was in Rimfire. Very popular this year.
  18. Thanks for reminding me Chuck, I just changed the rules to prohibit birdshot loads exceeding 3 3/4 drams equivalent. If prohibited ammo is used it is a match DQ and if there is damage to the target there will also be a $100 fine. This still leaves room for some fairly heavy loads, like many Upland bird loads, but rules out Prairie Storm which has 4.46 DE. So the largest shot that can be used on the shotgun spinner is #6 birdshot up to 3 3/4 DE. Doug Rules: http://nwmultigun.com/uploads/NWMG_RULES_ver_6-28-14_b.pdf Good call. Thanks Doug.
  19. Couldn't tell on the spinners, pistol, shotgun, both, or shooters choice. Will you have any restrictions on shot size or velocity on them?
  20. Kerry DeMatos ran all NV last year. Not the fastest, but he had fun.
