  1. These wont be over weight? Especially the .375?
  2. What about if i want to run in SSP with no magwell. What baseplates would be SSP legal for the X5?
  3. Springers website shows "Square" or "Round" you want the square front. I got some and they work fine in my X5 with and without the magwell.
  4. I have the flat apex trigger on my 320 as well, and like you said I shoot both guns equally. My 320 with the trigger is banned from production too.
  5. OK that might of been my disconnect. I didn't realize that list was production only guns.
  6. Not even the existing versions i assume. So there is no place i can shoot my SAO then?
  7. Any word on the SAO one?
  8. I agree! I'd buy a P229 Legion SAO today if they had them. I think that the P229, and P220 are next on the list of guns to go SAO in the legion series or so i've read.
  9. That 226 SAO is very tempting. How do you like yours. I have the 226 SAO. I couldn't be more impressed with a gun. Just little things.. Lots of little things, everything is done right. Grips are perfect. The cut under the trigger guard.. Perfect. Trigger is amazing. I brought mine to the range with my USPSA buddies, and they were all blown away, and wanted to pick one up. You won't be disappointed, my desire to buy a 2011 now is gone.
  10. Do they have a replacement safety? Or do they literally shave it?
  11. I think they need to make more SAO guns. I know a lot of folks who all say the same thing. Love the sig, hate the DA/SA stuff.
  12. What basepads are you guys using?
  13. For the record I shoot 3.3 grains of titegroup under either zero or rainier 147gr JHP @ 1.11 which runs great for me. I was just curious in my previous post if I was missing the boat and should be shooting 124 grain boolits.
  14. Kind of surprised so many are shooting 124's. Why not the 147?
  15. This... Plus there are a lot more IDPA matches especially in the evening, as compared to USPSA.
  16. This is why I didn't waste my time. I just bought a USPSA membership and bought more magazines carriers. Problem solved.
  17. I for one am super happy about it. I love the GADPA matches but found myself a few years ago drifting away to shoot 3gun, and USPSA. I really miss all the guys from GADPA but didn't enjoy shooting IDPA with all the stupid rules, the most recent rule changes were the final straw and I haven't shot an IDPA since. I truly hope GADPA puts together a more common sense approach to defensive shooting, because I really think that is what a large portion of the shooting community is looking for.
  18. I did call and she said I had the right one.. But I've seen the fit on other models and it was way off. I mean so much so it would of been tough to keep the mags in the holders.. I do have the blade techs. I wonder if there is a way to use the ELS clip system with the bladetech stuff.
  19. I am trying to put together the ELS system for my M&P .45 the magazine holders that safariland (holsters.com) are an awful fit. After tightening it down as far as it can go there is still probably a quarter of an inch clearance and the mag just wiggle around in there. I am using the 773 series, 773-383-121 is their model number to be exact. Does anyone else have this problem with the .45. It's turning into quite a process and I can't get a good fit. I'd hate to have to scrap the entire ELS, but unless I can get a mag holder that fits I might have to.
  20. I don't use gloves at all, they are sharp when you first get them but you get used to them after like 4 shots and they are good to go.. Never used gloves, never got blisters.. They are good to go.
  21. I have the VZ Operators on my trojan and love them.
  22. Sounds like good advice...at least you then know that you are functioning at that level and not just a master classifier. Seems odd that some Masters are hounded by Sharpshooters... The majority of the Sharpshooters I see that are nipping at the Masters are guys that aren't in fact sharpshooters but Experts or Masters sandbagging the sharpshooter division. I know of more than a few shooters who regularly shoot at Master level but don't want to move up to master class so go out of their way to avoid classifiers and or sanctionaed matches. As a master it doesn't affect me I dont compete against them, but i feel bad for the guys who are legit sharpshooters trying to move up being held back by sandbaggers.
  23. So it's worth it go that route and get the powder check?
  24. I made Master last year in the classifier.. I am still mad at myself for doing it in the classifier.. Do it at a sanctioned match.. You will be happier later when you hit it. Good Luck.
