I didn't get anything but a cleared check and my name on the squad list.... I shot in the rain all last week, I should feel at home. Of course, the weather people around here (not too far from barry) can't tell you the weather if they are standing out side during a live broadcast, so I don't have tons of fate in any predictions..

That's about my goals too. I'm shooting on Friday on squad 11 with a very good team. I'll be the nobody on it, but I hope to learn a lot so I guess I'll add that to my goals too. Wow. that is probably the most stacked quad going. That should be fun.. I didn't know there was another GM besides Rob.

You do realise it is the big wings that allow them to corner so fast so tight even with the grooved tires. The slicks just made them brake later and go round them just a little quicker than they do now, and then accelerate better. The big wings makes them go a little slower in a straight line. They should make a box, give them an engine size, minimum weight, smaller fuel tanks, more clearance under the car when at minimum wieght and let them loose. Formula One sould mean balls to the wall no limits racing, just like Open should MEAN OPEN!!!! Amen.. I have a similar gripe about NASCAR not embracing fuel injection. Or right hand turns.

Is this going to be one of those, "oh sorry Vagus - we meant the OTHER Italian restaurant" type of get together? Because I put up that type of stuff from the ladies for years, and I don't think I have the emotional stability to put up with it from the likes of you all.

I would like to take home a gun... Here is to hoping not too many people are shooting a Springfield armory gun... Really, I would be happy to shoot at the best of my ability without gun troubles.

We all don't live in Boulder where it is acceptable to let them turn into dreads and soak them in patchouli oil. Go ultimate Frisbee off the flat irons and some other stereotypical Boulderite stuff. just kidding btw.. Ryan, I've only been down there a couple of times. I really like the range and guys at Milan. I'm sure we'll cross paths one of these days. Once this weather picks up we can have some real matches.. Make it worth your drive. That indoor range kills me, i can't stand the air, I think it literally IS killing me. I have a bit of a hang up shooting inside, and managed break a recoil spring that day... Some sort of indoor jinx or something. We had to cancel this weeks shoot too... sigh. Looks like I will have to drive if I want to sneak in a match before SSN...

Actually, yeah, flashlights too. I don't mind it as much, if the gun has a LIGHTrail. I guess I don't mind knives either, if it is actually a bayonet. I can think of A LOT of sexy things that don't belong together, the decorum of this particular forum prohibits me from making an exhaustive list. just saying....

I don't know guys.... Flipping through a few, only few mention the brand/model of the knife in the picture. A lot of them I would never know how to find if I did want one. I am not completely buying the ad part of the equation. I see knife ads that are out right ads. I also see a few features on knifes. I kinda see the connection, as I like my knifes as well as the guns. But there are quite a few gratuitous knife spots in the firearm pictures that are not merely ad placements imho. I am working on a little research to support my claim here. :ph34r:
