I believe so, as they are factory offerings.

Original parts and components offered by the OFM as standard equipment, or as an option, for a specific model

handgun on the IPSC approved handgun list are permitted, subject to the following:...

I think that the donor gun must be on the approved list.

I know the Glock 34 is not a legal Production gun(ipsc), my question is, can you have a glock 34 mag release and/or slide release on say a glock 17 or 19?

Yes, you can have extended mag/slide release on G17 or G19 by IPSC rules.

they're available on any of the Glock 9mm and .40, .357 Sig and .45 Gap guns as a factory option.....

That would make them legal, no?

Trent didn't mention that the bits were available on any list gun. If they are, they should be fine.
