They are a Powerbar product and from their website I guess the aim it a women, but I'm not ashamed to buy them. You go girl! I've added clif shots with the peanut butter. There is a thread here somewhere about the shots - with 8 oz of water, the nutrition is across the lining of your stomach in 10 minutes. I tried the chocolate chip and the taste beat everything I've tried. You can get the 10g protein, 140 calorie bars five to a box. The big 19g protein, 220 calorie bar is about $1.25 per bar.
