I'm sure this has been discussed, but I couldn't find it.

Are the champs actually stopping on the targets?

What's the best way to dry fire to speed up transitions?

thanks guys.

Aim at the center of the steel/targets then bang, keep that eyes moving on to the next target first and your gun will follow your eyes.

I stop , but I am kind of slow too.

one way to practice dry fire is to have 2" wight plates on the wall across a small room separated by a few feet that equals a 60 degree sweep =cock the hammer on your unloaded gun point at one target, Cut your eyes to the next target and move the gun stopping on the next plate and dropping the hammer as you stop. practice left and right moves wider moves too.

start with the gun pointed at one plate steady and cocked move to the next plate lead with your eyes locking on the dot or the front sight as the gun catches up to your eyes on the next plate.

it is easy to practice with a revolver and the Rev will help your Auto times too.

I could be wrong though.

Definitely stop on the middle of each plate! Even the big, close ones.

;) In the end you'll like your score better.
