Let's see here, this makes sense. 7900 SC members, 700 people go to World's, that's just about 1% Club guys don't care, we're just a bunch of old farts that like to shoot and hang out with friends.

Really, I guess I don't remember that on the bottom of the old one. Thanks for the info

I was having intermittent issues with my brightness adjustments, mostly down, emailed Sig, the sent me a shipping label, I sent it off, and received it back in less than two weeks. Great service. Pulled it out of the box and it's not the red dot I sent, it has different buttons and says "JAPAN" on the bottom cover. I don't care about any of that, but has anyone else seen a change when buying a new one? Sig is known for making changes and not saying anything about it. I wonder if there are any other changes besides just the buttons. They fit more flush to the body. I also thought they made all their red dots in the US. Just found it interesting

I've got one, 1200 rounds, works, a little dim, not 100% sure it's a 5MOA dot as advertised, compared to my RTS2 and Romeo 3Max. It has motion sense, but I've never seen that in the documentation. I think Vector optics makes it. I also think Veridian RFX35 is the same with a green dot.

Ahh, my bad, sorry Zack. Thank you nso123, much appreciated.

Hey Zack, why did I have to come here to find the link? Why isn't under resources or something on the SCSA site? I do go to the website, I hardly ever come here, but a friend referred me to this thread. It should actually have it's own heading on the SCSA site, so people would see.

+1 on what Nathanb said. Show us the data. Why is kept so secret? You ask for opinions, but don't give us anything to go by. I just don't get it. Also, where on the website will it be posted? Thank you

I just bought an Ultrasonic cleaner. Can you explain how you use a sealed container in the cleaner? Are you putting a sealed container of the "The Dip" and just setting it in the tub of the cleaner? Thanks -
Well that's interesting, it's supposed to have a 30,000 hour battery life. With the Motac it should last years. I turn mine off somtimes, but not always. Keep us posted please

I have the Romeo 3 Max and think it's great. Same thing except the window is a different shape. Battery life over RTS2 is incredible, 9 months on the same battery, but it does have Motac (Motion Activated Illumination System) that powers up when it senses motion and powers down when it does not. I haven't found any downside to it, or anything that I think needs improvement.

I asked him about that when he fit the barrel and he told me he'd only do that for a bullseye gun. I've been thinking about doing it myself but I don't usually weld on that small a surface, I'd have to practice some. May call and ask him after reading this Thanks

Awesome, I had the competition action job done back in the spring and I was out there in August and he installed it, but he didn't say he was selling them yet. I may have another P320 in my future and that's good news. I don't have his trigger though. Thanks for the info

terrydoc, that sounds like a good idea. SGT_Schultz, 1911 guy, I like the safety. Secondary reason is thumb safeties give my stronghand thumb a purchase on the gun that helps with a consistent grip and better control.
-
Hey no problem. Mine is like the bottom one. Oh well, no harm in asking. Thanks for the help.

OHHH Awesome, that's what I was hoping. Thank you very much

hmm, a hole in the frame wouldn't bother, not sure I want to put a hole in the FCU. Knowing exactly where to put it in the FCU could be problematic. Thank you

1911/2011 guy here, but the P320 just points so much more natural that I switched. Can I add the manual safety? I realize at the very minimum I have to drill a hole the frame, which isn't an issue. I just don't want to buy parts to find out the FCU or something else won't except it. Thanks in advance

Is he selling them yet? He showed it to several months ago, but I didn't think it was available yet. He's also working on a sear and striker that don't need to worked on, just drop in. It's better than his polish job. I'm not a fan of curved triggers, but Robert explained that it puts your finger in exactly the same place every time, which I guess would be a good thing. I have long fingers and I'm afraid it might be back to far for me.

So I'm curious, are going to shooting from under any of those 10x10 canopy's? I had to do that on Roundabout at WSSC, and since I'm 6'4" it's very distracting. I'll practice under one it that's the case. Thanks, really looking forward to it. -
