Thanks, Dave You are talking about the speed-e-rack. Just google it. Eliot is a contributor to the sport, and sometimes, along with his wife, to the forum. We are blessed with good, viable, options re moon clip holders put out by people who support the sport and are great to deal with.
Jaxshooter
Another option which I prefer is the North Mountain Moonclip Holder available from Bob Perdue on this forum. Contact him at Bob@twotandogs.com. Bob is a great guy to do business with and supports our sport.

Most of us down here in the south use the speedy-rack, including "the KING" Jerry Miculek.

LPatterson
I have one of the new design North Mountain's for full figured shooters and I love it because it holds the moon clips outside my spare tire.
pskys2
If you get a Speed-e-rack try putting some Velcro on it and using Cable Ties position the Mounting Base "Inside" of the belt. It holds things closer and still has plenty of room for the moon clips.
dagz
Can you post a picture of the North Mountain for full figured shooters? I remedied mine by adding a spacer in between the belt and the NM holder. I didn't know Bob has a new design. dagz
