CDRODA396
For two weeks now the media has flooded the air waves with pudnits and prognosticators telling me everything I need to know to be able to appreciate the Super Bowl...its usually dribble and insulting...but as I was sitting on the couch, cruising this forum and another I post on with the pre-game show on in the background, FOX threw me.... As they wrapped up their pre-game show, they had some current and former players, including Roger Staubach, Jim Brown, Emmett Smith, and Pat Tillman's wife, each reading a line from the Declaration...they ended it by dedicating the presentation to all the fallen Hero's who have died defending that sacred document and our way of life for over 200 years...I was surprised and moved....it was refreshing, very well done and FOX has stepped up a notch in my book. I just hope those Hero's all have great seats for the game.... Edited February 4, 2008 by CDRODA396

SiG Lady
It was outstanding. An appropriate and artful reminder of our place in time, in the world and in history. We need to think about these things more often. It was a great move on their part.

3quartertime
Missed the first part of the game so I had to find the video. Very well done. We Are Americans We normally see and hear these giants of the gridiron gasping for air after the game or babbling at a news conference. Very powerful to hear them speak the words of such a statesman...
