Good starter gun, but the sights need to be upgraded to be competitive and lower your frustration level!!! I'm thinking a trip to Mag-Na-Port and 3". I used it for shooting 50yds when I thought I was going to shoot it at Bianchi.....it still mows down plates at local shoots off the rail as well..... Happy Thanksgiving, Gary For one the L frame is a lot stronger, and the preferred frame for building a Bianchi revolver. K frame guns like your Model 19, will not hold up to Bianchi loads when using jacketed bullets, L frames will. Secondly, some of the best years that Jerry Miculek has had a Bianchi were shooting an 8 3/8" barrel metallic sight gun. Several others shooters have done very well at BC with 8 3/8" revos.
