persona non grata
I'm thinking about switching to 9mm for production. If I went w/ 147 gr Berry's and a Winchester Small Pistol Primer, how much Titegroup would it take for a 130-ish power factor? I'm thinking the OAL would be in the 1.12" + range. The mags won't accept rounds too much longer than that.
yoshidaex
a search will get you what you're looking for. but to start you off, for the berrys 147 grain bullet, i use 3.4 grains of TG at a 1.13 oal. I get about a 136 PF out of my box stock Glock 34. I could get the PF down but i'd have to use a lower recoil and striker spring to get it to function properly. Aircooled6racer
Hello: I use 3.1 grains of Tite Group with the Precision 147 grain bullet and a 1.140 OAL. It is around 130PF out of my G34. Thanks, Eric
Buzzdraw
Out of my stock-barreled G34, I get 121 PF with 3.1 TiteGroup @ 90 degrees with Berry's 147 gr plated bullet and Federal small pistol primers. Always assume variations in powder lots and guns, so must chrono to be sure.
