EricW
It's times like this, I wish I knew how to edit video. One of the funniest jibes I've seen in film came out of Frank Capra's WWII propaganda series, "Why We Fight." (If you haven't watched these, they're a must see.) In the earlier films, Capra details the beginnings of WWII. One of the major points is that the fight against the Axis powers is anything but futile. The film then shows how Greek opened up a can of grade A Whoopass on Mussolini's forces when they tried to invade Greece. "Why would Italy think that they could topple Greece so easily as they did Ethiopia? Maybe it was the uniforms that fooled them..." At which point the film cuts to a scene of scores of Greek troops marching down the street looking like: . . . . .

gm iprod
About 1800years before Greece when Mussolini's mob were put to the sword by a bunch of skirt wearing warriors, the same happened when the Romans decided to borrow Great Brittain. In the end they built a bloody great wall to keep the Scot's in Scotland. Moral of the story? Never mess with a man in a skirt, regardless of silly he may look to you. Vince Pinto
This is probably because men who have to wear skirts are very, very angry .........
Skywalker
Well, all in all, when talking about Romans and the roman empire, Goscinny and Uderzo had their own ideas on how the entire Roman/Gallic/British affaire ended up. Maybe Julien or Jerome could share some light on it... they should know Asterix
Julien Boit
The legend in one of Asterix's episode tells that it's their "druide" that brought Tea to British people , who used to stop fighting at 5PM to drink Hot Water...
Jeffro
This is probably because men who have to wear skirts are very, very angry ......... No, I believe that it is because men in skirts get very very COLD testicles and THAT keeps their disposition "on the edge"...... I know it would mine!!!!!!
