knightkrawler00
Went to Vegas with the wife and friends last wednesday until yesterday. Missed the last two steps coming down the stairs and broke my strong side wrist the first night. Yes, alcohol was involved . Going to see a specialist tomorrow morning. Saw a guy while in Vegas, he said that the small bones in the wrist are moved around and it might need surgery, hope not. I keep hearing six weeks for healing time, which will get the cast off a week before nationals , I'm praying that the doc says the same thing tomorrow. Jake Di Vita
6 weeks should be good. I would think 8 to 10 if you end up needing surgery though. Depending of course on the severity of the break and surgery.

Viggen
Not a problem, just an opportunity to shoot weak side. Face the reality of the situation and go shoot.

knightkrawler00
Good news, bad news. The two bones that run through my hand behind the pinky and ring finger are broken and pushed up out of the socket. There is one bone in the wrist that is also broken. Surgery in the morning to put the bones back in place and run pins through them to hold them. The good news is that the pins should come out in four weeks, cleared for work at six weeks, and shooting the nationals in seven!

knightkrawler00
I think you have been sandbagging enough that you should do ok shooting the nationals weak hand. Actually, I was so worried about getting bumped to A just before the nationals, that I paid a guy on the street to break my hand . Off to surgery, be back in a few hours.
