jasmap
Or just pick the gun up and run it as is and with your current mags.
Hans
......Why not work up some loads and form a US Modified Team for Bali in 2008? Hi there, this sounds to me as a very good idea, as an IPSC Modified Division fan, I would love to see a US Team! I always wonder why this powerful tiny little bastards are not having the attention of the USPSA? This is my gun, build by a gunsmith based on 1911 (.40S&W major with comp) parts: And, for all "Glockies", look at this (G22 .40S&W major with same comp): Best regards Hans Edited December 9, 2007 by Hans
jasmap
I'd love it if USPSA let us have a Modified Division. The guns are too cool.
Kingman
I am starting to gather parts to build an STI modified gun. I can run 140mm mags with +2's and I drop 1 round over my 9mm. If I run 170's I drop 3 rounds. It really is not a huge deal. .40 brass is now cheaper than 9mm and the 135 grain bullets are not that much more. It looks like something fun. Julien Boit
Modified is a very funny division. I had built two pistols some years ago. It was fun to shoot, as mush as building it. The thing is that the pistols are very pricey (most of them) and at least here, for the same price, people would rather go for an open pistol.
