What I don't understand is why I know what their job is better than they do, when they are the one's doing it full time. I am sure that there are a few out there somewhere (maybe) that know what they are doing, but the ones I have to deal with are like rocks with eyes. I sometimes even work for people everyone hates and all I can feel for them is just pity. Not that I cry when they move on or anything, but it must stink to be that incompetent and it is not possible that some nights when they go to sleep they don't realize it. cr10x Posted February 1, 2007 Share Posted February 1, 2007 Since I've been in the working world, I've notice a consistent pattern concerning company division names and what they actually do, such as: Marketing doesn't really market, they just make stuff up Communications isn't really good at communicating Planning doesn't really plan anything Information Technology is usually lacking in both Senior Managment can't manage anything, even seniors Accounting does more pointing out what you did wrong than actually counting Legal is usually closer to not legal or maybe legal AND Human resources isn't human Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I don't even know her name, she is called "Little Miss Foulup" (cept it wasn't the world "foul" they used) by everyone at the shop. They can't dicipline her or anything.
