homeinvader
Just installed this and now magazines will not drop free. I tried loosening the bolts up, but they almost need to be fully backed out before a magazine will free fall out. Any tricks to this or is this behavior just the nature of the beast? Thanks. MikeFoley
Check the front to rear fit, this is likely where your mag is rubbing the funnel, not side to side.
MCFooter
I think I had to de-flash and polish a little on the inside of mine.

jhgtyre
I think I had to de-flash and polish a little on the inside of mine. Can you say "Dremel"? ;-) Had the same problem. 5 minutes with a file and my mags all drop free. -ld
R112mercer
Can you say "Dremel"? ;-) +1 Especially the area to the rear of the magwell where there's the channel for the rib on the back of the mag. Mine took a good amount of dremelling to get it right. Make sure to check ALL your mags before you put the dremel away.
George
I also had to use a ballpeen hammer on a couple of my old Sanchez made USGI mags because they were a bit outa' square. Don't just assume that the mag well has to give all the slack ;-)
homeinvader
Yeah, that did it. My first instinct was the lower's mag well was being pinched closed, but it was the rear of the arredondo unit just like you guys state. File did the trick. All is well. Thanks a lot.
