George Posted May 10, 2006 Share Posted May 10, 2006 The speed of the Avatar is built into the file and there is no external setting that can just be tweaked. This type of file is called an Animated GIF. It would have to be edited/re-created in a program that can do that. A full version of PhotoShop has this capability built into it's ImageReady component.
