Sestock Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 What are the pros and cons of these scope? Who has the best prices on Accupoints?
benny hill Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Small field of view compared to meopta's & not a true 1x for the hoser stages.
Huck Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 use the search function for accupoint, you ought to find about 50 threads
outerlimits Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 what benny said-i shot one last year-sold it as fast as i could. just could not deal with holdovers-and we have them all the time. also, try shooting a group with that reticle...
Huck Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 If your eyes can do the bindon trick, nothing else comes close. Make sure to play with one before you buy. It takes some learning but it is tits!
kellyn Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 While I agree with some of the criticisms of the Accupoint, it is also a scope which has won the 3 Gun Nationals.
MikeFoley Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 It is not the best scope for any one application, but it owns 0-300 in my gun at POA=POI +/- 3". I immediately improved when I started using it. It is capable of lest than MOA groups at 100. It has won lots of majors as Kelly said. If I could change anything about it, it would be to but the graduated reticle in it from the ACOG for 300, 400, etc. I really like it for 3gun.
