JP-5 Side Charge ONLY Upper

I sure hope it will be.  They have it for all of the other platforms, might as well make it for the PCC too.  No sense in using inferior, antiquated technology when you can be running a side charger.

 

And JP puts it in the correct place too.  Just like my XCR's.

Out of curiosity, what's wrong with using the dual charging upper and just ignoring the standard T-charging handle?

probably because the cost it adds to the upper?

Suppressing would be better without it in a non competition role.

I think you'll find that using a $25 extended charging handle latch is just as fast to operate as any side charger.  I have them on all my ARs.
