shred Posted April 7 Share Posted April 7 That's a no for sure: 4.1.3: No-shoots may not have holes cut in them and be used as penalty targets that must be shot through to hit a scoring target; This was Troy's way of getting rid of the steel no-shoot donuts that were briefly popular a decade or so ago.
