625 Posted April 4 Share Posted April 4 I think you would have to ask a lawyer, as you are not in that state. Once he had possession he would have broken the law. Your problem would be a federal interstate transfer. Seeing that you broke no federal law, I would guess you are fine. And I doubt any Nevada judge would let you be extradited to New York.
