Anyone have any issues ordering direct from Australia to US? They are the only ones who have all the equipment I want.

I bought the manual version without problem. It came via DHL.

I too bought my commercial one from them, no problems at all. Kevin even spent an hour on the phone talking about it and things.

The only problem I had were Kevin’s emails kept going to my spam folder for some reason.

I ordered mine direct and the only issue was the light weight angle used for the base was mangled when it arrived.  But that's was an easy fix.  The machine itself was fine.  Btw, I ended up scrapping the base and building my own from heavier material and relocated case feeder.

I ordered it years ago, when ordering directly from Australia was the only way. No problems, it all worked nicely, got stuck at some checkpoint or another along the way for a few days, cleared all the customs and arrived with only slightly bent mounting bracket, nothing that would be a problem. No hiccups or issues with it ever since. You're good to go ordering direct.

UPDATE: I ordered it direct from RollSizer in Australia, however, it is shipping from Texas and will be here Tuesday.

99.9% of USA orders will ship directly from Houston TX,
