CZ SP01 Issue: SA works, DA doesn't

So I have a SP-01 Manual safety, that has the full trigger kit from CGW.

its been fine for 200-300 rounds since I did the kit install. Yesterday while at the range for some reason Double Action stopped working. When you pull the trigger with hammer down nothing happens, if hammer is back trigger drops just like normal. Fairly new to CZs as this is my only one. What should I check first?

Found more while playing with it… don’t know what to do to fix it but it’s the problem

PS

oh and yes the little Y spring thing that attaches to the same place as the mag release is there and seems to be working and keeping upward pressure

The top screw on the trigger (pre travel screw) has backed out not allowing the trigger to move far enough forward to allow the trigger bar to reset properly turn it in (tighten it), that should solve the issue
