Beavertail grip safety profile

Picked up a sti 2011. The beavertail grip safety where it cradles cocked hammer is a bit too long for me. It interferes with my draw.

Are there any shorter versions I can pick up?

Probably easier and less expensive to modify the one you have fitted to the gun to the length you like. there are lots of grip safeties available, not sure what ones are longer or shorter than whatever is on you gun, but I do know they will all require fitting.

A couple of decades ago kings gun works made a bevertail safety that didn’t have the pocket for the hammer and looked a bit shorter

I have no idea if anyone copied the design, but you might check carry gun builders if they offer it

modifying the one I have is the shortcut but I'm compromising the finish... STI DVC blackout is all black so it's going to be difficult to make it look nice with partially shiny beavertail. Sigh...

If you decide to go with new, EGW sells a special grip safety called the JEM grip safety.  George makes it for JEM Guns.  It is thinner than the standard EGW and requires no, or little blending on an STI 2011.
