It's not a bourbon but that bottle of Don Julio hiding in the upper right corner might be my favorite of the bunch. I usually have a couple bottles of the Old Rip Van Winkle and the 12yr open in the under bar cabinets. Same with most of the antique collection and other harder to get bottles. Unopened bottles and hidden bottles keep people from asking for a taste, especially if I don’t know them well or I know they won’t appreciate it.
