StandardError
I'm wondering if I need a special holder for the Manson 9mm reamer. Trying to finish reaming a short chambered barrel and realized that I'm unsure as to whether there is an optimal tool for turning the reamer. Would a regular T handle with a 1/4" slot do? dthomas1003
I just used a T handle with my .40 reamer. Went just fine. Just go slow and check often.
Service Desk
I do mine in the lathe and use a floating reamer holder in the tailstock if I have a full chamber to cut, for short chambered pistol barrels a 10" tap holder works great.
jcc7x7
Every thing from a lathe to a cresent wrench! LOL BUt Do it slow and straight and steady!!!!! Check often and clean the reamer more often Get all the chips off "OFTEN" especially when doing it buy hand AND Chek yor depth often, real hard to add metal!!!!!!
