ysrracer
9mm Norma brass stinks. It's got a small flash hole, and always pops the pin on my old style Dillon dies.

OTOH, Berdan primed cases have two tiny flash holes to the decapping pin is trying to punch through the case thank you, that will work, sorry this reply was for AHI pressed wrong tabs Edited July 26, 2022 by loubob
Farmer
My Lee decapper must be worn down because I haven’t had any problems with small flash holes. I have taken the tighter ones and uniformed them when I get a pile of them and they work just fine. No sense throwing away good brass.
lll Otto lll
The Lee Universal decapper has no problems with Norma brass. And it actually enlarges the flash hole.
Sigarmsp226
I have had brass with small primer holes also before
Dirty_J
It definitely hangs up… but I can punch through the Norma small flash hole with my Dillon decap die on my RL1100. Mechanical advantage FTW.
