glocknurse Posted October 5, 2017 Share Posted October 5, 2017 I got it tonight and installed it in 5 minutes. It would have been faster but I didn't look up how to do it before I installed, I just took it apart and then put it back together in reverse order. It seems to work just fine and feels nice. mpom Posted July 1, 2019 Share Posted July 1, 2019 Since the 22Compact is a single action system, I removed material from the hammer to reduce engagement and what is perceived as creep. Even w polishing, trigger pull is not much lighter, around 4 lbs, but much shorter. I also built up a small dome of JB weld behind trigger on the frame, which I sanded down till hammer is released, to reduce over travel. Trigger pull is much improved.
