regpark
I've never tried SWC projectiles in 9mm, who offers them coated and how well do they shoot/feed?

MemphisMechanic
I have 6,000 bayou 150gr SWC bullets still boxed up in the garage. I just had the barrel of my Tanfoglio throated to allow me to load them out to 1.160" ... Provided they feed reliably, this will be my new production round. I'm curious to see how they compare to the 147 flat points I might otherwise have bought.
Taroman
I have used the Bayou 150s as well as Penn's 115s. Both performed very well in many different pistols. Currently using the 150s in 38 Super.
IDescribe
I have loaded the Missouri Bullet Company 125 SWC for my CZ. They had to be loaded down to 1.066, which is a seating depth of about .310, which is a little short. In general, you don't want to go deeper than .300. They shot sraight. I never did any development after an initial short ladder with Titegroup, so I can't really attest to how good they are, but in that initial test, it looked like a solid performer. I still have almost 1000 of them. Maybe I need to play around a little with them.
Trini
Have used non-coated 115. Don't remember the OAL. They make scoring easy.
oteroman
I think SWC can be the most sensitive to feeding issues (OAL).I have a Lee 105gr. SWC I am working on to get to feed in my CZ SP01 Shadow....
