Absocold
The site isn't very clear about what each job entails and what each level of seminar grants as qualifications. RO? CRO? RM? MD? Level 1 seminar? Level 2 seminar? I know what most of these are and what they do but not all of them. Newbies won't know any of them. I myself am unclear on the difference between CRO and RM. No idea what the seminar levels confer.

Second in chain of command. RM is top of the chain. RMI is instructors who teach the courses. MD is whoever was dumb enough to step up and volunteer to run a match. No formal training needed. I should know, I have done my sentence as MD
