TommyK
I would like to switch to this mag pouch for SS but hate to give up on my Safariland 1-3/4" belt. Has anyone successfully mated the two? Thanks.
Aircooled6racer
Hello: Buy a Shooters Connection belt and make up a single stack rig with it. That is what I did. Works great for me. Another option would be Safariland 773's for single stack if you already don't have the DAA pouches. If you want to make an adapter for the DAA pouches it could be done but not worth it in my mind. Thanks, Eric
Superpipe9
Why don't you use the 773 mag pouches? I have the DAA racers and they are great but the 773's are faster in my opinion
Aircooled6racer
Hello: The 771's are even faster than the 773's. Thanks, Eric
TommyK
I have the 771s now but was hoping for something that takes up less belt space. I'd like to get 5 on my belt but with 771s that last mag is way back there.
Aircooled6racer
Hello: As a friend of mine Merlin Orr said "if you can wipe your butt you can reach the mag" The racer does have the facing out feature which takes less space on your belt. You have to drill a hole but it is another option. I still say get the Shooters Connection belt. Thanks, Eric
Superpipe9
Doesn't help you any for space but I think the 773's are faster. They just hold the bottom 1/3rd of the mag and are super fast. I do have the DAA also and don't think it's going to save you any room
TommyK
Thanks for the replies.. If it won't save room I'll save my money.
robertg5322
Ready Tactical. Nothing takes up less room on a belt and nothing is faster. Not sure they'll work with a 1.75" belt or the Safariland system though.
Shmella
What is the best place to buy the 773 or 771 pouches? Prices seem to vary, Trying to spend as little as possible. (I'm Broke)

(I'm Broke) How many do you need? I have three (maybe four) that are like new.
js1130146
The racers will save you a slight amount of room. I needed all the space I could save so its the route I went. I have a 30" waist and I run 5 on my belt with another trash pouch for my barney mag. The last pouch is pretty far back there, but reachable.
