Does anyone know where to get solid adjustable sights now? The adjustable rear on my backup gun starts to losing the pivot pin... I think I need to replace it. Thanks. DougM Posted January 6, 2016 Share Posted January 6, 2016 If you haven't lost the pivot pin yet, why don't you try some green Locktite on it to hold it in place? Green will wick between the pin and the block and hold it there. Obviously, don't use it where you want the pivoting to take place. Green is usually used to hold bushings in place or screws that are already tightened down. It doesn't require heat to release but it will take a little force to break the bond if you later need to disassemble the sight. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I bet they lower it some. The old ones are good except on both my main and backup guns the pivot pins slide out from vibration. I look forward to the new design too. Anyone knows the ETA?
