johnsons1480
Don't they use dynamite in mines? I have no useful information to add in your search for minor loads, just wanted to poke some fun.
Jimmy76
I run 4.6 WST with a 140 Bayou in our Edges. Great for steel matches and very reliable. Haven't chronoed but very soft. Jim Edited June 16, 2015 by Jimmy76
PKT1106
The data on Hodgdon's site looks like you can run minimum charges for the 155 and 200 and make 130 PF. The 140s may take some testing.
zzt
This doesn't answer your questions, but it may save you some time. I've tried bullets from 135gr to 200gr with both fast and slow powders. I get the most consistent results, and the softest shooting when I use a fast powder and 165gr or 180gr bullets. I happen to use e3 powder. 2.9gr with a 180gr bullet makes 140PF, and it's quieter and softer shooting than a 115gr 9mm at 125PF. You are going to get a little more noise and recoil from WST, just because you will have to use more of it.
bulm540
I am using 180 bbis with 2.9 clays. It is soft.
