Last year was nicknamed the "Area-4 Flood" ALLWAYS good stages and shooting. CJL32 will be shooting Limited Hopalong will be shooting REVOLVER SEE ya there !!! markm Posted March 10, 2005 Share Posted March 10, 2005 The wet part I understand, being in LA., but if that is the case, then why isn't every match in an area with potential rain, using this schedule? I don't buy it. Last year the "Must shoot all three days" was blamed on Vendor "B I iching". This year the rain because of last year. Shooting 2 half days with everyone that doesn't live close having to travel on Thursday, forces us to take 2 days off to shoot this match. This match has always been shot in June from when I can remember, always a good time, but you can justify anything if you want to. I think that is what is going on here. Mine isn't a work issue it's an extra night in a hotel costs me more money issue, I sent mine out last Friday and got on so you might give that a shot. On an unrelated note to someone who's going or been is there a discount for the match hotel because I found two right across the highway that are cheaper.
