haiedras
Lol, you don't like massive smoke screens? although the hitek coatings seem to work better with TG. I'd rather go fmj/cmj in any case.
rowdyb
As I have quite a bit of Titegroup and I'm paying for bullets myself and I'd rather have accuracy over lowest cost per bullet I'm going to stick with fmj/cmj in my competition rounds from now on. b1gcountry
I'm stretching here, but maybe you have some out of spec brass. If it is too thick, it would over crimp those rounds and they would tumble (?) Load up 100 with one head stamp and see if any tumble.
mq105
I realize you've solved your problem, which is good. But, what prompted your switch to the U die?
rowdyb
Wanting to use an aftermarket barrel, Batsto, for a different gun, G34. It has an extremely tight chamber so was hoping to have a plug and play solution. My brass is measured in pounds. So sort out 100 of one headstamp from 100+ pounds of 9mm brass would require a lllloooootttt of boredom on my part. New load parameters, new bullets, new dies all working great!! 147 gr Montana Gold, 3.30 Titegroup, mixed brass, Winchester SPP, 1.010 oal. My SP01 Shadow is sooo happy. And I am too. b1gcountry
Sorting brass doesn't take that much time. It takes me less than an hour to do 4k.
