Anders Rothman
Hi I'm looking for an 90 degree C-MORE scope mount with SVI bolt pattern (AND SVI screw dimensions), they are using 6-40 and all mounts I seen using 5-40. Mount and screws needed. Anyone know where to find a mount? regards Anders
Jimboajubejube
Firstly, Why do you want the 90 degree mount? What caliber are you running?
Anders Rothman
Does is matter why? Because I used it last 3 years on my CZ Checzmate and now I upgraded to SVI. I use it to get the dot closer to the bore. 9mm, SVI IMM Open
Foxbat
Are you willing to drill the frame? Then any 90 degrees mount should work. Screws are widely available, from places like McMaster.
Anders Rothman
I rather not drill anything, at least not the gun. I recon I have to drill the mount unless there is anything ready bolt on out there.
Durtarg
Screw hole pattern should all be standard and any 90 mount will work. As far as the mounting screw size +1 for McMaster having them. Edited February 18, 2015 by Durtarg

SVI has only three holes on the left... plus two on the right side.
Sarge
Matt Cheely sells mounts that are not drilled for custom applications. Or you might ask him to drill one for you. Worth a try anyway. ccgunworks.com

Iceman2733
You can use any std mount the hole pattern is the same only different is u dont use two of the holes. Most would recommend to drill the frame for the other two holes
Foxbat
Some people would be reluctant to drill the SVI frame, and for good reason, some of them are incredibly hard - so if you drill even at moderate speed, you kill your drill bit and don't get through. You need to use good drill and go very slowly. He would also need to open up the holes in the mount slightly, as those are for 5-40 screws. DRichardson
Definitely try matt cheely. He has done 2 custom pattern mounts for me and both were flawless, exactly what I wanted, and done very fast.

Foxbat
Back when I was playing with a 90 degrees mount, I tried them all, and I liked the Cameron the best.
DRobson
The Quinn 3 mount is made for 6-40 screws.
Foxbat
Super-easy to open up a hole one size larger. But I would still try to put five screws there.
