As long as they are sized and trimmed, yes. Unlike pistol brass, trimming is a must. Most use a 2 head system or use hand trimmers, and swaged brass needs the swage removed...

Rifle loading is a bit more fussing than pistol loading.

If you are using load data for commercial brass (223) then you need to reduce the load by about 3% when loading in .556 because military brass typically has less case capacity. Your loading manual should have a note stating whether the loads were developed using military brass or commercial brass..
