safeactionjackson
Not often enough! Normally shoot once or twice a week, plus at least one local match a month, 6 times a year I squeeze in a state/regional/national match. I'm currently reevaluating my training regiment. Very rarely do I practice outside of actually shooting at the range, really trying to work in some dry firing/draws/reload practice. ~g Sent from my iPhone
JohnnyD
Not enough. Currently I live fire practice once a week at a local club that sets up one USPSA stage and runs it a few different ways 4-5x in the evening. I also shoot on average 2-3 matches a month of IDPA/USPSA combined. I really need to start dry firing a couple times a week, I know I'd see a big improvement if I did. Going to order Steve Anderson's book this weekend and use my phone shot timer.
Jaycwebb
I shoot two-four local matches a week. I'm new so this is also my only competion as well for now. I practice dryfiring and stretching two to three days a week. Edit; at this time I don't have much time for live fire practice. I shoot two weekday steel matches, each of which I run through twice. I also shoot 3-5 Weekend USPSA paper matches per month. I need to move to rio salado... 4 matches a week! Shooting in the Phoenix Area is pretty insane, espcially in the east valley. Tuesday night Steel- Rio Salado. 4 Stage steel match. I do two runs. Thursday night Steel- Phoenix Rod and Gun. 4 Stage steel match. I do two runs. 4th Tuesday of every month- is a USPSA match at Phoenix Rod and Gun. And then there's 3-4 weekend USPSA matches at Rio Salado. Sorry for the thread Hijack. EA308
I dry fire at least everyday Mon-Fri and live fire 2-3 of those days. I generally take the weekend off unless I am shooting a match.

CSStreett
30 to 45 minutes of dry fire 5 or 6 days a week. Live fire 1 to 2 times a week. Try to get in 1 USPSA match per month.
bountyhunter
In my prime (15 years back) I practiced once or twice a week (maybe 150 rounds per session) and shot in three leagues (about 60 rounds per). Those years are long gone into history.
garp
Practice?? Hold on a minute............ OK, I'm back. I had to google dictionary.com and l look up the word "practice." What a strange concept. I shoot steel once a week and matches each Saturday. I help teach new shooters once a week at our range as well. I try to find time to reload for the matches, but this "practice" that is being talked of. What strange ways some of you have. This thread is scaring me!! lol
ZackJones
There needs to be another answer "Not enough" that's how I felt after today's live fire session.
