idcastandblast
I want to move from rimfire to 9mm for Sttel Challenge this year. Looking for a good, proven load in 9mm using Titegroup. I will be using my Tanfoglio Match if that plays into the equation. I used to shoot a Glock in 9, but the all-metal Tanfoglio removes a ton of recoil. Thanks for any input. I have access to 115, 124 and 147 grain 9mm plated bullets.
RigPig
I use plated 124gr RN bullets from Berry's on 3.6 gr of Titegroup with CCI primers in an STI Eagle 5.0 9mm. Extremely low recoil and flat shooting.
levellinebrad
Rigpig pretty much nailed it. I'm shooting the 124gr xtreme with 3.6gr titegroup at 1.130 from a sp01. Very soft makes about 132pf. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk Edited April 13, 2014 by levellinebrad
amish_rabbi
Using 147gr bullets 2.9gr works well out of a shadow. Makes 117pf
DougCarden
Start at 3.0 for 147 and 4.0 for 124 and 115..... DougC
dave33
I just shot a steel challenge match today with 147 gr Blue Bullets over 3.4 gr titegroup. That makes about a 143PF out of my XDM 5.25 but it's really soft and accurate.

kneelingatlas
Last steel match I shot my long slide (8# recoil spring) Tanfoglio with 115s over 3gr of Clays, TG should be the same. It was very soft and very fast, I won the match

kneelingatlas
I just chrono'd today, I misspoke above it was 3.2gr of Clays under a 115gr Xtreme at 1.150" made 112 pf through a 4.75" Tanfoglio barrel.
