meatsauce
CZC competition rear sight or CGW E-Z Drift rear sight? Anyone find one better than the other? I'm using a fiber optic front sight.
jabbermurph
+1 for the CGW sights. The rear serrations are deeper, but both are nice and will do the trick if you can
kfd147
I have both. The first gen CZC rear sight broke on me during IDPA nationals and I had to use my back up with the CGW rear sight. It had about 20k rounds through it before it broke. Stuart @ CZC sent me a new beefier redesigned one which is the current offering. After shooting with both I really don't notice any difference between the two when shooting. I like both and recommend both. Jason
GJGary
+2 CGW love them, being older with glasses (bi-focal) makes a big difference to me. JMO I have the CZC tac sights on my other CZ and they work but can't pick up the target as quick.
eerw
I prefer a finer serration on my rear blade. grew up with Bomar rear sights on my 1911s.
emjei
Are CGW EZs legal in all Divisions ??? IPSC IDPA USPSA
eerw
yes...IPSC and IDPA SSP do not allow milling of the slide, but do not specify what sight must be used. so as long as you are not modifying the slide the sights are legal
