They let us know a long time in advance when the primers from Tula were invoiced and ect. They even gave a heads up when they would be online and available. Also I think this might be the only place they listed that these were 10k limit per type. If there was ever a good use for facebook this is it! I'm still of the opinion that PV filled all the Tula backorders first and then sold the remainder the other day. If you were so inclined, you could always pick up the hand APS primer tool for I think $40 or so, or just don't worry about it, pop them out into a primer flip tray and use 'em!
