I don't have a 625 any longer but I liked :

Holster: http://cpwsa.com/ready_tactical.htm (scroll down)

Moonclip holder: http://4wheelguns.com/IDPA.html

For the G17 holster most people I know have one from Comp-Tac or Ready Tactical

Belt http://thebeltman.net/ (if you like leather) or a Wilderness tactical belt http://www.thewilderness.com/storepinnacle/index.php?p=catalog&parent=142&pg=1

I have a Blade-tech holster and mag pouches as well as a Comp tac setup, for different guns. I can whole heartedly recommend Comp tac for mag pouches, as their design allows a better index on the magazine for reloads. (Cut lower on the front) The holsters are really a toss up, I like the Comp tac a little better, but you really can't go wrong with either one. For a belt, any good stiff belt will work fine. I recently bought a belt from bullhidebelts.com for concealed carry, it looks like any other belt, but it's made of super thick leather and holds the weight of a gun well.

Belts - Wilderness are the best but 511 Trainer belt (1 1/2" wide) are good too.

Holster - I have a Bladetech for the 625 and a Ready Tactical for the 686.

Mag Pouches - Look at North Mountain for the moonclip holder and Ready Tactical for the Speedloaders.

I use a Comp Tac belt holster and mag holders for my Glock. I also picked up a Minotaur holster belt from them and it works well for both IDPA and everyday use. As far as vest I use a Woolrich vest that bought off the IDPA website and it does the job.
