gose
The grips on the Gold Team are way too thin for me, I need something that fills out my hands a bit more, but every grip I've seen only talks about how thin they are. Does anyone make grips that are fatter than the originals, or are there any other brands that can be made to fit?
Mikethor
Larry Davidson , google davidson knives. He made my grips for my 1911 and the service is outstanding
Glk21C
Henning has a video how to make your own out of putty. Personally, I made my own out of acrylic. Either way, much better IMO, good luck Edited October 7, 2012 by Glk21C
pivoproseem
The rubber grips are pretty fat. You could cut them down to fit. I've done it once with a small frame open pistol.
gose
Looks like Tanfoglio.it sells plastic and rubber grips for around $20, so maybe I'll give them a try. If nothing else they'll be a cheap platform for putty work
pivoproseem
You can probably call EAA..they should have some. Tanfoglio.it won't ship them to you anyway....

Yeah, maybe I'll give EAA a call tomorrow. If not, getting them from .it isn't a problem, it will just take a little longer.
Nealio
I run the walnut grips on all of my guns. They are fatter that the aluminum and have good traction. I have an extra pair that you would need to trim (to fit the magwell) that I could sell you for cheap if you want to try then out.
kneelingatlas
Have you ever tried the Hogue Monogrip? I put them on everything! They would a little modification to fit your Gold Team, but it's pretty doable.
