Country Living Fair, Columbus OH

Wife and daughter are going to Columbus for the Country Living Fair in September. They would like to stay close to Ohio Village and I need some recommendations of some good hotels for them to look at staying. I'd prefer they be relatively close to cut down on their driving.

Better off driving 15 minutes.

I'd stay on the north side of town, near the loop (I-270). The hotels at St. Rt. 23 are decent, and cheap (they probably come up under Worthington, Ohio). A good variety, and lots of food around.

Since there is access to 71 right there, I, too, suggest staying somewhere on the loop. Since you're going on 70E, Farmington (just outside the loop), is a good spot as well.

Listen to Kyle he is tactfully not mentioning that 3 blocks from the show are plenty of great crack houses. Your car is a target in any hotel parking lot but at least make em get on the bus to rob you. Investigate the Easton area. Another maybe ten minutes of driving, more expensive than Worthington/Westerville but maybe the Largest mall in city. Its one of those new type outdoor malls that look like a small town. Fancy and I never go there. Sorry to spend your money but always thinking of the ladies.

In Columbus usually the mantra is go North.
