  1. Good service, good products, good price, quick shipping, accurate in all my 9mms.
  2. I have a Les Baer, Dan Wesson, and a Springfield. All 100% reliable and accurate. I still shoot iron sights at 78 years old and the 1911 9mm are the most fun. Takes me back to the early days when I started in the early 1990s, except for the "major" thing. Have fun with it.
  3. At almost 78 years old, none of it is as easy as it was 30 years ago. LOL
  4. What is the current status of the production mag capacity question? Thanks
  5. Try RodneylTd here on the forums. Havent heard from him in a while, but he was located in The Woodlands last I knew.
  6. On a MK II mag question, are any of the other generation mags compatible with the MK II ? I need a couple for steel challenge. MK II mags seem to be very scarce. Thanks
  7. I have a pair of Ruger Mk11 walnut grips with right handed thumb rest around here somewhere if they would be of help. Let me see if I can find them.
  8. Glock fixed the slide I talked about in the original post and returned it with the mos plate installed.
  9. Thanks for the info. It was the plate to slide screws that were the problem.
  10. Anyone have the plate screws shear off? My shooting partner experienced this in todays match. Middle of the stage, the sight (Vortex Venom) drops off the side of the slide.
  11. I had this happen with a carbide 9mm regular die. They had me send everything to them and recrimped the carbide ring into a new die body. Had it back in under 2 weeks.
  12. Dillon requested that I return the die and they are going to recrimp. Will see how that works out.
  13. Has anyone else had the carbide ring/insert pull out of the die and remain around the case? ( Will admit that the press and dies are thirty years old.) I pressed the insert back into the die, but two rounds later it happened again. According to Dillon, the dies are not in stock and nothing on when they will be. Found a Lyman 9mm die locally, not carbide but seems to work well.
  14. Thanks, that mirrors what I have been able to find.
  15. Looking for a source of M1 carbine brass. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  16. I have had good luck with the Glock based MechTech, but the problem with 2011 based MT is mag extensions IMO. Not anything I could find that would get you into the 35-36 round area. If there was, I would think it would be a good low cost option.
  17. I use 5.2 gr under a 124 gr FMJ with very good accuracy. Clean and shoots well out of a couple of 1911s, Glock 17, and PCC.
  18. Are Ruger Mk 11 magazines the same as the Mk 111? Question is will the Mk 111 work in a Mk 11 pistol?
  19. Check out Oak Hill Gun Club just north of Portland. Lots of shotgun and pistol matches, don't know about the rifle programs. Welcome
  20. My current project is to build a Mech tech PCC based on a Para hi cap 9mm lower. The major hold up is finding a mag that will hold 35/36 rounds (or more than 32). Can anyone suggest an extension that will fit on a 170 MBX or Para mag? I currently use a Glock based Mech tech, good accuracy and reliability, but the trigger leaves something to be desired. Any help would be appreciated.
  21. Call them, great folks there will help you out.
  22. Before email, there was the mail. Sometimes weeks before you got the results. By then, I had forgotten the match, let alone each stage. For scoring, the good times are now.
