RussellM
As the title says, I have a question about the par time on shot timer such as my CED7000. Let say you set a par time of 2 seconds, does the second beep start at 2 seconds or does the beep end at 2 seconds, so in other words are you racing the beginning or end of the second beep? Sarge
The instant a beep starts is the time. Setting par time gives you a start beep and an end beep. You are racing to beat the second beep if that makes sense. If you want to work on a 1.5 second draw and fire set the timer to random start with a 1.5 second par time. If you drop the hammer before the beep you made it. If not keep practicing. Make sense? Edited January 17, 2012 by Sarge

Torogi
I have the CED 7000 RF version. Its a cool timer. IT does whole lot more than PAR times. I didn't know that. There's a paper that came with it and I never read it. Go figure.
