Does anyone use rifled slug barrel for 3-gun?

Rifled barrel for 3 gun would be a no go......seen a guy use one..once, just once. At 10 yards the shot pattern went around the clay bird. No shot in the center of the pattern. Infact....he was hitting the bird next to the one he was aiming at. Yeah.....huge pattern; no center. Needless to say, he wasn't knocking down many poppers either.

I saw that happen to someone also.. We didn't know it at first and we couldn't understand why he was unable to put down a popper even at close range. When we checked the shotgun after, we saw that it had a rifled barrel. He shot the rest of the match with someone else's shotgun.

Set the gun up for the Shot and make due on the slugs. Shot is used much more frequently than slugs. Im confident with with mine out to around 50yards with the slugs and a bead sight for an alpha. In reality, as long as you can keep it in the A/C zone your fine.
